Refund Policy

Da Beauty Fashion NZ allows returns and exchanges within 14 days  of receiving the order. Returns must meet the following terms and conditions:
  • Item must be in its original purchase condition where the product is in the original packaging and unused/unworn.
  • We do not cover your return/exchange shipping costs.
  • Our Apparel/Clothing Collections are mostly FREE SIZES unless identified if with a sizes option. Returns and Exchanges Policy does not apply to ‘Change of Mind’ therefore you are encouraged to choose your order accordingly and carefully, especially the clothing sizes and designs that you want to purchase.
  •  If the item has been used or damaged and is no longer in an acceptable resaleable condition, we do not offer any refund.

Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/exchanges to all our Personal Care Products such as Health & Beauty Essentials, Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Customers may demand a return or exchange with the following conditions:

  • Please inspect your order once received, and you may contact us immediately if the item is damaged/defective or does not meet the same sample/model that was shown.
  • Unfortunately if the parcel is lost or not received, we are able to help you resolve it with our courier partner. However, we do not offer any refund to cover your expenses.

You may email us your concern at dabeautyfashionnz@gmail.com and may include photos or any proof of the damaged or defective items.

Please note that refund will only be processed within 14 days once we have validated an acceptable claim for a refund.
