We work with a reliable courier company to ship our products nationwide.
Shipping times may vary depending on where you live.
For the North Island, urban shipping times may take up to 2-3 days, while the South Island urban may take up to 3-4 days.
If you live in a rural area, please note that delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.
All online order/s are shipped with an allocated tracking number. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided.
Shipping Returns
To return or exchange your product, you should mail it to us @ Shop 4/371 Victoria Street, Hamilton Central 3204.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
