Shipping times may vary depending on where you live.

For the North Island, urban shipping times may take up to 2-3 days, while the South Island urban may take up to 3-4 days.

If you live in a rural area, please note that delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.

All our products are shipped with allocated tracking numbers. Therefore, once your order is received and dispatched, you will be notified via email that you have provided to us. 

Shipping Returns

To return or exchange your product, you should mail it to us @ Shop 4/371 Victoria Street, Hamilton Central 3204.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
