How to Use:

  • Wet Your Face: Begin by wetting your face with lukewarm water to help open up the pores and prepare your skin for cleansing.
  • Dispense the Foam: Pump a small amount of the ANJO Professional 24K Gold Foam Cleansing into your palm. A little goes a long way, so one or two pumps should be sufficient.

  • Lather the Foam: Rub your hands together to create a rich lather. This will help the product to spread evenly across your face.

  • Apply to Face: Gently massage the foam onto your face using circular motions, focusing on areas where makeup and impurities tend to accumulate, such as the forehead, nose, and chin.

  • Rinse Thoroughly: After massaging for about 30 seconds to a minute, rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all traces of the cleanser.

  • Pat Dry: Gently pat your face dry with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing, as this can irritate the skin.

  • Follow with Skincare: After cleansing, follow up with your usual skincare routine, including toner, serum, and moisturizer.

IN-STORE AND ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICY

Da Beauty Fashion NZ accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, all returns must meet the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition, including unopened packaging and products that are unused and unworn.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Da Beauty Fashion NZ.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not apply to ‘Change of Mind’.
Customers are encouraged to choose their in‑store or online purchases carefully, especially within our Health & Beauty (Skincare) range.

  • If an item has been used, opened, or damaged, and is no longer in a resaleable condition, we are unable to offer a refund.

Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchanges to all our Sale/Clearance Items or Gift Cards.

Customers may demand a return or exchange with the following conditions:

  • Please inspect your in‑store or online order as soon as it is received. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the sample/model shown, you may contact us immediately for assistance.
  • If your parcel is lost or not delivered, we will work with our courier partner to help resolve the issue. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds to cover these circumstances.

You may email us your concern at dabeautyfashionnz@gmail.com, and may include photos or any proof of the damaged or defective items.

Please note that a refund will only be processed within 3-7 business days once we have validated an acceptable claim for a refund.

When you receive your in‑store purchase or online order, we recommend performing a small skin patch test on your arm or jawline if you have any concerns about sensitivity.
