Directions for Use:
• Mixing proportion is 1:1, 1 part of color cream + 1 part of peroxide or oxidizing.
• Stir thoroughly, in a non metallic bowl until mixture has a smooth consistency. The mixture can be obtained also with a shaker.
• Apply on unwashed, dry hair (a standard partitioning is recommended)
• apply part of the mixture to mid-lengths and ends, leave for 20 minutes
• Apply the remaining mixture to the roots, Leave for 20-25 minutes
Precautions/Warnings:
1. This product may contain Ammonia, Resorcinol, p-Phenylenediamine, Toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate, N,N-Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine, sulfate, 4-amino-2-hydrox toluene, 2-amino-4-hydroxyethylaminoanisole sulfate, p-aminophenol, 2-methylresorcinol.
2. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16.
3. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy.
4. Do not colour your hair if:
-you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damage scalp.
-you have ever experienced any reaction after coloring your hair.
-you have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.
5. Some people may have allergic reaction by using this product; conduct skin test according to the instruction manual before using it; if irritation occurs discontinue use.
6. The product should be used only by professionals and please wear gloves when using it.
7. Do not use in dyeing eyeglasses and eyebrows.
8. Rinse with clear water immediately in case of eye contact.
9. Do not use it on children and keep out of reach of them.
10. The leftover mixtures should be removed and abandoned. Do not put them in sealed container.

- If an item has been used, opened, or damaged, and is no longer in a resaleable condition, we are unable to offer a refund.

- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchanges to all our Sale/Clearance Items or Gift Cards.
Customers may demand a return or exchange with the following conditions:
- Please inspect your in‑store or online order as soon as it is received. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the sample/model shown, you may contact us immediately for assistance.
- If your parcel is lost or not delivered, we will work with our courier partner to help resolve the issue. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds to cover these circumstances.

Please note that a refund will only be processed within 3-7 business days once we have validated an acceptable claim for a refund.
