Catt & Co Bright & Free Scar Removal Serum is formulated from plant extract and combined with five powerful ingredients intended to reduce the appearance of scars resulting from surgery, injury, burns, stretch marks, C-sections, cuts, scrapes, and insect bites.
Catt & Co Bright & Free Scar Removal Serum is suitable for all skin types including highly sensitive skin, pregnant women, lactating moms, and 12 years old and up. It has a 2 years shelf life.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

- Alpha Arbutin- Lessens blemishes, scars, and melanin formation
CAUTION:
- The product should be applied to a healed skin surface.
- People with sensitive skin are recommended to use the product only after a sensitivity test at the back of the ears without any adverse reactions.
- If such abnormalities as rash, swelling, itching, and allergy occur in use or after use, please immediately stop using the product and consult a doctor.

Apply the product to the scar treatment area/s 2 to 3 times a day, 2 layers per application.

To be eligible, all returns must meet the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be in their original purchase condition, including unopened packaging and products that are unused and unworn.
- Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Da Beauty Fashion NZ.
Our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not apply to ‘Change of Mind’.
Customers are encouraged to choose their in‑store or online purchases carefully, especially within our Health & Beauty (Skincare) range.
- If an item has been used, opened, or damaged, and is no longer in a resaleable condition, we are unable to offer a refund.
Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchanges to all our Sale/Clearance Items or Gift Cards.
Customers may demand a return or exchange with the following conditions:
- Please inspect your in‑store or online order as soon as it is received. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the sample/model shown, you may contact us immediately for assistance.
- If your parcel is lost or not delivered, we will work with our courier partner to help resolve the issue. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds to cover these circumstances.

Please note that a refund will only be processed within 3-7 business days once we have validated an acceptable claim for a refund.
