Is Gmeelan exfoliating gel effective?
YES highly recommended and of course directly exfoliate language sunburn that's why it's important sunblock after long facial moisturizer.
 
How do you use Gmeelan exfoliating gel?
  • Dry face and hands.
  • Gently smear the exfoliating gel on the face, elbow, knee, boot, etc., massage in circular motion until the cutin softens.
  • Add water and rinse thoroughly.
  • You can use the body scrub after using the Exfoliating Gel, the effect is better.
  • GMEELAN Orange Exfoliating Whitening Gel can be  use once or twice a week. 
How long do you leave exfoliating gel on?  As a starter exfoliator, apply two squirts of the gel mask to dry skin after a thorough cleansing and leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, then apply moisturiser and sunscreen. If you are experienced at exfoliating, and your skin tolerates AHA acids well, you do not need to wash them off.

IN-STORE AND ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICY

Da Beauty Fashion NZ accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, all returns must meet the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition, including unopened packaging and products that are unused and unworn.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Da Beauty Fashion NZ.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not apply to ‘Change of Mind’.
Customers are encouraged to choose their in‑store or online purchases carefully, especially within our Health & Beauty (Skincare) range.

  • If an item has been used, opened, or damaged, and is no longer in a resaleable condition, we are unable to offer a refund.

Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchanges to all our Sale/Clearance Items or Gift Cards.

Customers may demand a return or exchange with the following conditions:

  • Please inspect your in‑store or online order as soon as it is received. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the sample/model shown, you may contact us immediately for assistance.
  • If your parcel is lost or not delivered, we will work with our courier partner to help resolve the issue. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds to cover these circumstances.

You may email us your concern at dabeautyfashionnz@gmail.com, and may include photos or any proof of the damaged or defective items.

Please note that a refund will only be processed within 3-7 business days once we have validated an acceptable claim for a refund.
