Medicube Zero Pore Clearing Capsule Cleansing Foam provides thorough pore cleansing with exosome capsules that are 500 times smaller than pores, enabling them to effectively eliminate sebum and exfoliate from inside. Crafted with natural BHA derived from white willow bark extract (salicylic acid) and cica exosomes, it delivers a potent yet calming impact on sensitive and acne-prone skin. The composition features silica, mandelic acid, and gluconolactone to improve pore-clearing effectiveness and refine textured skin. With a gentle, amino acid-derived foam, it provides a complete cleansing experience with a hydrating, non-drying result. Tested in clinical settings for acne-prone skin and irritation, this cleanser also enhances the look of red and dark pores, promoting a clearer and more uniform complexion.

How To Use:

1. Take an appropriate amount of product onto wet hands and lather gently. Massage it on to a damp face in circular motions, paying particular attention to zones with enlarged pores.

2. Finally, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

IN-STORE AND ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICY

Da Beauty Fashion NZ accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, all returns must meet the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition, including unopened packaging and products that are unused and unworn.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Da Beauty Fashion NZ.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not apply to ‘Change of Mind’.
Customers are encouraged to choose their in‑store or online purchases carefully, especially within our Health & Beauty (Skincare) range.

  • If an item has been used, opened, or damaged, and is no longer in a resaleable condition, we are unable to offer a refund.

Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchanges to all our Sale/Clearance Items or Gift Cards.

Customers may demand a return or exchange with the following conditions:

  • Please inspect your in‑store or online order as soon as it is received. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the sample/model shown, you may contact us immediately for assistance.
  • If your parcel is lost or not delivered, we will work with our courier partner to help resolve the issue. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds to cover these circumstances.

Please note that a refund will only be processed within 3-7 business days once we have validated an acceptable claim for a refund.
