This Retinol series is smooth and full of active Vitamin A (Retinol) and plant extracts. It can effectively smooth and firm the skin while reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and eye bags.

Wrinkles, fine lines, uneven skin tone, rough texture, and loss of firmness can all be reduced with 2.5% pure Retinol.

How to Apply:

1.After cleansing, gently massage small dots around the eye area with your ring finger until well absorbed.

2. With your ring finger, gently massage a tiny amount of cream onto your face, eyes, and neck area until totally absorbed.

 

Note:

Avoid making eye contact. If it unintentionally goes into your eyes, thoroughly rinse them with clean water.

If the product causes initial dryness, alternate days with a non-retinol face moisturizer.

Sensitive skin types should gradually introduce this retinol cream into their skincare regimen, starting with every other day. Always wear sunscreen when using retinol cream.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Da Beauty Fashion NZ accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, all returns must meet the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be in their original purchase condition, including unopened packaging and products that are unused and unworn.
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Da Beauty Fashion NZ.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy does not apply to ‘Change of Mind’.
Customers are encouraged to choose their in‑store or online purchases carefully, especially within our Health & Beauty (Skincare) range.

  • If an item has been used, opened, or damaged, and is no longer in a resaleable condition, we are unable to offer a refund.

Exceptions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds/exchanges to all our Sale/Clearance Items or Gift Cards.

Customers may demand a return or exchange with the following conditions:

  • Please inspect your in‑store or online order as soon as it is received. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the sample/model shown, you may contact us immediately for assistance.
  • If your parcel is lost or not delivered, we will work with our courier partner to help resolve the issue. However, please note that we are unable to offer refunds to cover these circumstances.

Please note that a refund will only be processed within 3-7 business days once we have validated an acceptable claim for a refund.
